Chip Introduction
The SS8837T provides an integrated motor driver solution for cameras, consumer products, toys, and other low-voltage or battery powered motion control applications. This device can drive a DC motor or a device such as a solenoid. Its conduction resistance: high side+low side (HS+LS) 260m Ω. Output H-bridge circuit composed of N-channel Power MOSFET to drive motor winding. The internal charge pump generates the required gate drive voltage.
The SS8837T can provide an output current of up to 1.8A. It operates on the motor power supply voltage between 0 and 12V, as well as the device power supply voltage within the range of 1.8V to 12V.
SS8837 has a PWM (IN/IN) input interface; It also provides internal shutdown functions for overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and overheating protection.
Application: Camera Digital Single Lens Reflective (DSLR) Lens Consumer Products Toy Robot Technology Medical Equipment
