Chip Introduction
SS8833T is a dual bridge motor driver with two H-bridge drivers that can drive two DC brushless motors, one bipolar stepper motor, solenoid valves, or other inductive loads.
Its working voltage is 2.7V to 15V, and the load current of each channel can reach 1.0A. The output driver block of each H-bridge is composed of P+N channel Power MOSFET, which is configured as an H-bridge to drive the motor winding. Each H-bridge includes a circuit that regulates or limits the winding current.
Internal safety functions include the use of external current limiting resistors for output current limiting, Undervoltage-lockout, overcurrent protection (OCP), and thermal shutdown. Over temperature output alarm can be used to indicate thermal shutdown.
The SS8833T offers three packaging forms for customers to choose from flexibly.
