Chip Introduction
The SS6952T provides a high-current, single-channel integrated motor drive solution for integrated motor applications.
The SS6952T has an H-bridge drive that provides a maximum peak current of 7A and can drive a brush DC motor, solenoid, or other inductive load. The power output module of the SS6952T consists of an N-type power MOSFET consisting of an H-bridge circuit containing a rectifier circuit and a current-limiting circuit. Simple parallel digital control interface with selectable attenuation modes as fast attenuation, slow attenuation and mixed attenuation. The SS6952T provides a low-power sleep mode to shut down internal circuitry to achieve very low quiescent current. This sleep mode is achieved by setting the nSLEEP pin. Internal shutdown includes overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout protection, and overtemperature protection, and provides a fault output pin nFAULT pin.
The SS6952T is available in an eTSSOP28 package with exposed pads for improved heat dissipation and is lead-free with 100% tin-free leadframe plating.
